At AS-Noauzi, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely to your doorstep.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
International shipping is not yet available.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Typical delivery times:

  • Major cities: 3–5 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier issues.

Delivery Charges

We offer:
✅ Fast & Free Delivery on all orders over Rs. 5000
🚚 For orders under Rs. 5000, standard delivery charges may apply (displayed at checkout).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Wrong Address / Missed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect information, re-delivery charges may apply.

We want you to love your AS-Noauzi purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • It must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

Note: Items purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible for return unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Send us an email at support@as-noauzi.com with your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).
Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, we’ll arrange a replacement (subject to availability).
If the requested item is out of stock, you can choose a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, accessories, and items marked “final sale” cannot be returned.

  • Returns requested after 15 days will not be accepted.
